And I thought the point of the Primary School Closures was to avoid having young children together in crowded conditions.  Silly me!

	Please present the student's school handbook or school ID with photo and school address in Hong Kong.
	Upon purchasing the pass, enjoy unlimited admissions to the Park till 31 March 2008!

Terms and Conditions

• This offer is valid from March 15 – March 31, 2008 ("Promotion Period").
• This offer is only available to students who study in a Kindergarten, Primary School or Special School ("Eligible Guests") in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China ("HKSAR").
• Eligible Guests are entitled to purchase Easter Pass during the Promotion Period. Easter Pass is valid for admission during normal operating hours of the Hong Kong Disneyland Park ("Park") with unlimited usage during the Promotion Period.
• Price of Easter Pass is HK$210, irrespective of the ticket seasonality and age of the Eligible Guest.
• Eligible Guests will be required to present such personal identification and provide such personal data as Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited ("HKITP") may require at the time of the purchase or issue of an Easter Pass. The name of the Eligible Guest will be printed on the Easter Pass and the name as printed cannot be changed. Each Eligible Guest using an Easter Pass ("Passholder") is required to present such personal identification as HKITP may from time to time require upon each entry into the Park for verification. Personal identification includes the following:
  - School handbook or school ID with photo & school address - such school must be located in the HKSAR.
• Each Eligible Guest is only allowed to enjoy this offer once during the Promotion Period.
• Easter Pass not used during the Promotion Period will be void. No upgrade, exchange or refund would be allowed.
• This offer is only available for purchases at the ticket windows at the Main Entrance to the Park and Hong Kong Disneyland Ticket Express at MTR Hong Kong Station. This offer is not available for online purchases.
• Only Eligible Guests staying at the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel or the Disney's Hollywood Hotel ("Hotels") can purchase Easter Pass at the Hotel front desks during their stay in the Hotels.
• Eligible Guests are required to be personally present at the time of purchase of Easter Pass.
• The above listed offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts except for "Stay & Play for 2 Days".
• Guests who have already purchased Annual Passes or any other admission tickets to the Park will not be entitled to any exchange or refund under this offer.
• This offer is made in accordance with the laws of the HKSAR only. This offer may only be redeemed in the HKSAR in person by Eligible Guests at the locations specified in Sections 8 & 9 above. HKITP makes no representation that participation in this offer is appropriate or available in other locations and this offer is void in any jurisdiction where participation in such an offer is prohibited or restricted by law. • Admission to the Park is subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Park which are set out in the website www.hongkongdisneyland.com and printed on the Park Guidemap. Copies of the Park Guidemap are available at ticket booths and Guest Relations locations. HKITP may from time to time, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, change the operating hours of the Park or attractions, close the Park or any part of it temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to the Park, and/or suspend or cancel any attraction or entertainment program, due to capacity, inclement weather, special events, to ensure safety, security or order, or if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
• HKITP reserves the right at any time to revoke and/or retain the Easter Pass without refund or compensation: (a) if the Easter Pass is used for admission by any person other than the Eligible Guest whose name is printed on the Easter Pass; (b) if the Passholder violates or fails to comply with any of the Rules and Regulations of the Park; (c) for unsafe, illegal or offensive behavior; (d) to ensure safety, security or order; or (e) if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
• These Terms and Conditions are subject to the interpretation of HKITP which shall be final and conclusive.
• In the event of disputes, HKITP reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of this offer.
• HKITP reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or to suspend or terminate this offer at any time without any prior notice.
• In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the HKSAR.
